1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using DramaShort ("the Service"), including our website, progressive web application (PWA), or associated features, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, our Content Guidelines, and our Content Takedown Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Third-Party Content & Non-Hosting Disclaimer
DramaShort is an indexing, aggregation, and player interface designed to help users discover and view vertical short dramas. DramaShort does not host, upload, store, encode, or archive video media on its own servers. All video streams, audio, cover art, and metadata displayed through the Service are hosted and transmitted by independent third-party providers, services, and content delivery networks. DramaShort merely provides access to content that is publicly accessible or made available via these external third-party services.
3. Eligibility & Account Registration
You must be at least 13 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account. You may register using an email address, Google authentication, or an optional linked Telegram account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Virtual Currency & Wallet (DramaShort Coins)
DramaShort provides a virtual wallet system where users can acquire and manage DramaShort Coins ("Coins"). Coins are digital, non-transferable, non-refundable virtual tokens with no real-world monetary value. Coins are provided to you on a limited, revocable basis solely for unlocking vertical drama episodes displayed on the Service. Coins cannot be redeemed, sold, or exchanged for fiat currency, physical goods, or external value.
5. Episode Access & Unlocking
Titles indexed on DramaShort generally provide initial free preview episodes (such as the first 3 episodes of a series). Subsequent episodes may be unlocked individually or in discounted batch bundles using Coins from your wallet. Unlocking an episode grants viewing access through our interface for as long as that content remains accessible from the applicable third-party source.
6. FreePass (Open Access Mode)
From time to time, DramaShort may host promotional "FreePass" site events. During an active FreePass period, all episodes across our catalog are 100% free to view for authenticated registered members without deducting Coins. Unauthenticated guests can preview up to 10 episodes before being prompted to sign in. Coin purchases are paused during FreePass, while daily check-in rewards continue to accrue.
7. Daily Check-In & Rewards Program
Users can earn bonus Coins through daily check-in streaks and by completing daily social share milestones. Guests can accrue check-in progress in their browser's local storage, which will automatically merge into their registered wallet upon signing in. DramaShort reserves the right to adjust reward amounts, streak criteria, and anti-abuse limits at its discretion.
8. Paid Packages & Billing
Coin packages are purchased via secure third-party payment processors. All payments are processed in authorized currencies. Because digital Coins are made available immediately upon completed checkout, all Coin package purchases are final and non-refundable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
9. Intellectual Property & Content Takedown
All trademarks, titles, and video content displayed via the Service belong to their respective third-party owners, producers, and host platforms. If you believe that any content indexed on DramaShort infringes upon your copyright or intellectual property, please submit a notice via our dedicated Content Takedown Policy. We promptly review and remove infringing index entries upon receipt of a valid notice.
10. Account Deletion & Grace Period
You may initiate account deletion at any time from your Account Settings. To prevent accidental loss of wallet balances and favorites, account deletions are subject to a 14-day grace period. During this period, you may log in to cancel the deletion request. After 14 days, your account profile, watch history, and wallet ledger are permanently purged.
11. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. DramaShort exercises no editorial control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party media hosts or provider services. If third-party sources remove or modify streams, DramaShort cannot guarantee continued availability.
12. Changes & Contact
