The Match

International chess grandmaster Sophia is betrayed when her husband Victor and his protégé Lina steal her decade-long opening repertoire. Determined to reclaim her career, she develops a chess AI named Athena and defeats them online before exposing their cheating, leading to their suspensions. Sophia then becomes head coach of the national women’s chess team, using Athena to train young talents and inspire a new generation of female champions. Overcoming betrayal, she proves that talent belongs to those who earn it, not those who steal it.
