The Long Road of Desire

On a budget road trip through a desolate countryside, practical Catherine packs the old SUV full — leaving no backseat room, so she casually tells her husband Julian to sit on her eighteen-year-old son Hunter's lap. It is the beginning of a tragedy. Hidden beneath a gray blanket, Hunter relentlessly tests and pressures Julian while Catherine drives on unaware. Julian, trapped between fear, shame, and secret feelings, stays silent to protect his marriage. Crises pile up as suspicion creeps in, until Hunter corners Julian in a gas-station bathroom stall — with Catherine knocking on the door.
